Please read thoroughly through my shop policies.

*If you wish for me to ship your order pre-gift wrapped, please contact me at the time of the order.*

Custom Orders

For custom orders, or for items that require any kind of customization, please provide your preference at checkout. If you do not provide this preference, I will email you to ask. Orders will be cancelled after one week if there is no response.

All custom orders will be listed as a reserved listing and the link will be sent via email to the client. The client has a maximum of three weeks to purchase their reserved listing before the listing is taken down, or offered as a regular, non-reserved listing.

Payments

All payments are processed either with PayPal or via Stripe, Squarespace's credit card processor.

Shipping

Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail on the Monday after order placement. For example: if an order is placed on a Wednesday, the order will be shipped out the following Monday. If I can not meet that goal, I will absolutely notify you and inform you of when your order can be shipped. All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided upon shipment. Orders are shipped in a cushioned mailer or plastic mailer bag, depending on the size of the item. I try my best to cushion and protect all pieces when packing for shipment. I cannot be responsible for damage during shipping.

If you would like your order to be shipped faster than USPS First Class, please notify me BEFORE checkout and an additional shipping fee will be applied.

Refunds

I will happily refund your money less shipping within 30 days if you are not satisfied, upon your return of item purchased. After contacting me about the refund, you MUST send your item back within a week of the correspondence. I will refund your money upon receiving the returned item. Items not received within a week of contact will not be refunded and the item can not be returned. If you know you can't send it back within a week, please let me know and we shall arrange a time frame for the return.

If any of your items break, please send me any broken items, which I will repair and ship back to you free of charge. Shipping reimbursement will be sent through the customer's chosen payment method as a partial refund.
